The parka has been an essential piece of clothing in the US Military as well as the German Bundeswehr since the 1940s. And that is for good reasons since parkas are built to withstand the most challenging conditions. We can't say we're big fans of the military but why not offer you something that has proven to work well under exceptional circumstances for quite a long time? We weren't UCON if we didn't make the Fargo Parka exceed it's forerunners by adding quite some details to it's classic features though. A drawstring around the hip and its large pockets are just two of them. With the colors we're also not leaning towards the demands of the armed forces but more to what you would like to wear while out on a mission in the city.
