How can I pay?
Prepayment/Bank transfer
We will send you an order confirmation and our bank details via email. Please wire the money after you received our emailed confirmation! After the amount has been transferred to our bank account, the goods will be shipped. Your Ucon clothes will arrive within 2-5 working days (other european countries: 3-7 working days) after we received the money.
Cash on Delivery (only for Germany and Austria)
The payment is due when we deliver the garments. COD service is only available for delivery in Germany (€ 6,50) and to Austria (€ 12,50). Delivery period is 3-5 working days.
Credit Card / PayPal
This is probably the easiest, fastest and most secure money transfer the internet has to offer. With only a few clicks you can pay for your Ucon products using any credit card, money transfer, debit or giropay method. Best thing about it, money transfer is absolutely free and requires no paypal registration.
For overseas bank transfer, the customer has to bear the costs of any payment fee. Please transfer the money to following account and use your order number as reason for transfer. You will receive the order number with the order confirmation via email after you placed your order.

All our prices indicated are Europrices including the legal VAT (19%). The minimum order is €20.

Please note, that cash on delivery is only possible in Germany and Austria. For orders that are shipped outside this two nations, the country of desitnation can charge tax on imports and custom duties. Import duties and taxes, which are measured by the import regulations of the country of destination, are charged by particular custom office and are beared by the recipient. Contact your import custom office for further information.
The delivery in Germany is carried out within 1-3 days, in all other european countries 3-7 working days.
I want to return/replace something. How do I proceed?
Replacement / Return of products
If your Ucon product doesn’t fit right you have the chance to replace / return it within 30 days after delivery date.

Go to the following website to replace / return your desired product/-s and use your order- and control-number which you received with the order confirmation to complete your replacement / return:

The terms for the replacement / return is that:
- the products are not washed and not used or worn at any time
- if not delcared else, you may try on the product to check the size (but you are not allowed to wear it)
- the product is in the undamaged original packing
- the product is complete and also barcodes and hangtags need to be sent back
- the item must be sent back with the original invoice
As soon as we receive your replacement / return, we will either send your replacement out or transfer the money for your return back to your bank account.
How do I get my money back, if I return something?
The best basic requirement for the fast refund of your money, is to fill out the Returnsheet with your complete bank account details, which is included in every order. In addition we need the IBAN and BIC as well, for refunds to foreign countries. The average process time can take 5 working days.
I paid through pre-payment, but one or all Products are not deliverable. What happends to my money?
In this case you will receive your money back as fast as possible of course, as soon as your bank account details are available. If your Bankdetails are not forwarded, we will contact you asap.
When will my order reach me and how will it be shipped?
Germany
Many products are ready for delivery within 48 hours, that means all ordered items are giving to our shipping company Suxess Logistic GmbH within the next 48 hours after order. Except for pre-payment, where the products are ready for delivery, when the money is transferred to our bank account. As indicated by Suxess Logistic GmbH the Products need 1-3 working days till delivered nationwide. To keep the costs low for you as possible, we try to put the whole order in one box. If you ordered various items with different delivery dates, your package wil be send out, as soon as all ordered items are available. At times of big request and simultaneous incoming orders, it can occur, that a product is not deliverable, even though it was viewed available during the process of your order. In this case you will be informed.
EU countries
The delivery time takes 3-7 working days on availbility, starting from the time of payment.
What does it mean, if my size is not viewed at the size-selection?
At the moment only sizes that are deliverable are shown. Unfortunately other sizes are sold out.
My order has not been delivered yet. What can I do?
If we are not able to execute an order right away, because the desired product is not available, accordingly the delivery period will be extended. In exceptional appearing cases, where the item is not available at all, as a matter of course you will be informed as soon as possible and if you like we will help to find a suitable alternative item.

What happends if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
In case you are not at home – don’t worry! The nice Postman will leave a note in your letterbox, and stop by at the following day again. If you are awaiting an cash on delivery order, if possible don’t forget to have the money ready please.
Which sweater can be worn during summer and which one is better during winter?
In general you can say, that sweaters and hoodies that weigh 260g/m, are more sutiable for the summer time. We recommend you rather to use garments, that extend the weight of 260g/m during winter. Nevertheless items like the College Hood can still be worn in winter beneath a coat for instance.
Are all your sizes standardized?
You will be able to find your right size easily with our size guide „Find your size“. If a product happen to run smaller or larger, a notification will be added to the discription text which can be viewed in single product view left beside the product.
Why are your products comparatively expensive?
The reasons why Ucon products are more expensive then others, on the one hand it is of great importance to us to use high-grade fabrics which are often already expensive and getting constantly more pricey on the global market. On the other hand our fabrics are conditioned. For instance the cotton we use is fully combed and prewashed, in order to avoid your product from shrinking after purchase. Ucon beanies and gloves are all hand-knitted (in europe) and made out of italian wool. Furthermore exploitation of workers and child labor is definitely out of the question for us. In this case we cooperate with small manufacturers, for whom a qualitative high-valued product is very important and at the same time with manufacturers that give us the opportunity to produce in smaller amounts. In turn smaller amounts mean higher prices.
