Shipping to non-EU countries:

For countries like Switzerland or Norway we prepare an invoice without VAT (prices in our onlinestore include the 19% VAT) on which you have to pay tax and duty while importing. Those are levied by the responsible customs office. For further information, please contact your responsible customs office.

Payment

Prepayment
We will send you a confirmation of your order and our bank details by email. Please wire the money after you received our confirmation by email! After the amount has been transferred to our bank account, the goods will be shipped. Your Ucon clothes will arrive within 2-5 working days after we received the money.

Cash on Delivery (only for Germany and Austria)
The payment needs to be done when we deliver the garments. COD service is just possible to Germany (€6,50) and Austria (€12,50). Delivery period is 3-5 working days.

Directebanking

It’s an easy alternative and you don’t need to have an account or to register. For payment through DIRECTebanking.com, all you need is to type in your bank identification code, your name and bank account number. To complete your transaction, you just use your PIN and TAN so that your transactions will be forwarded to our bank and we can send your package out.
