How to start a return

All items can be returned at your own expense within 90 days.

Please remember: Returns harm the environment and are expensive. In the past, this caused an increase in shipping costs for all customers.

Confirm withdrawal and return

1. Registration

Click the button above to register your return. Make sure the items meet our return requirements - you can find these in the return policy.

2. Pack items

If possible, please use the original shipping box in which the goods were delivered and remove previous addresses, labels and barcodes from the box.

3. Drop-off

Take your parcel to a drop-off location of the carrier indicated on the return label. If you are arranging the return yourself, you may use any carrier of your choice.

4. Refund

The goods will be inspected upon return, and a refund will be made within 7-10 working days after receipt (excluding the original delivery charge).

FAQ

Items can be returned at your own expense if all of the below applies:

  • the product is new and unused
  • the product is being returned in the original packing, the packaging must not be damaged
  • all labels and hangtags are still attached to this product

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receipt and inspection of the package using the original payment method. Please ensure that you keep the tracking number of the parcel service until you have received the refund.

Please note that you need to organize the return on your own with a carrier of your choice. Please ensure that your customs declaration is detailed and complete. Clearly label your parcel as a return and enclose the invoice with a note which items are included in this return.

Please note that incorrectly labelled parcels will be held by customs and may incur further processing costs. Ucon Acrobatics cannot cover collection from customs or payment of any costs incurred as a result.

Please keep all your tracking details until you receive a refund notification. This may take up to two weeks.

For following countries we offer a paid label which you can choose in the return process: DE, AT, BE, NL, FR, IT.

When choosing self-return we will provide you with the correct return address (located in Austria).

We do not offer exchanges. If you don’t like your product and would like to replace it with another one, please contact our customer service to return the one you don’t like and place a new order in our store. We will credit you for the returned product when we receive it in the warehouse. This may take up to 7-10 working days after receipt.
