Shipping & Payment
Shipping
We ship our orders with DHL and UPS. Your shipment is secured up to a value of goods until 600€. All our prices indicated are Euro prices including the legal VAT (19%). We offer a free Standard shipping on orders above 150 Euro within the EU. Express Shipping has a fix rate of 25 Euro. Please check the rates for international orders below.
Note that custom fees might occur outside the EU. These extra costs are not covered by Ucon Acrobatics and must be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
Delivery time
Orders received on working days are processed within 24 hours and shipped immediately.
Standard shipping:
- within Germany: 2 to 3 working days
- within the EU: 2 to 8 working days
- outside the EU: 8 to 12 working days
Express shipping:
- Orders received by 10 a.m. on working days: same-day shipping
- Orders received after 10 a.m. on working days: shipping on the following working day
Please note that orders placed after 10 a.m. on Thursday may experience extended delivery times.

Orders for UK
- For orders below 159 Euro the shipping price is 25 Euro and there is no need to pay import duties
- For orders above 159 Euro, the shipping is free of charge but import duties might apply according to UK regulations.
Please note that the delivery time for UK could take up to 11 working days due to customs clearance.

We currently accept payments by Credit Card (Visa & Master Card), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Amex and Discover cards are supported through the Paypal guest or member checkout.
